Allen R. Moyer & Son Excavating, Inc. (ARMS Excavating) was founded in 1998 by Allen R. Moyer Sr. and his son Allen Jr. based in Wernersville Pennsylvania. Both already had excavation experience, Allen Sr.’s dating back to the 1960’s and Allen Jr. starting in 1990. Since it’s founding we have continued to provide the highest quality excavation services ranging from small residential projects through complete site work for moderate housing developments. With the passing of Allen Sr. in 2022, Allen Jr. has kept up the business and continues to operate it today in Berks county and surrounding counties.
